Cognitive performance and mood are just some aspects of your health that could be boosted by a good night’s sleep. 

In  session, you will learn: 

  • Why sleep is a strategic asset as you navigate life. 

  • How your body is designed to behave over a 24 hour period (aka our circadian rhythm) and how you may create a lifestyle to support restorative sleep

  • How stress interferes with sleep. 

  • How to recognise stress, regulate stress and optimise sleep quality for better learning, performance and mood. 

The session is not just theory. Expect a taste of one body based practice (breathwork, movement, meditation) I use in my work with clients.
