In session, you will learn:
Why sleep is a strategic asset as you navigate life.
How your body is designed to behave over a 24 hour period (aka our circadian rhythm) and how you may create a lifestyle to support restorative sleep
How stress interferes with sleep.
How to recognise stress, regulate stress and optimise sleep quality for better learning, performance and mood.
The session is not just theory. Expect a taste of one body based practice (breathwork, movement, meditation) I use in my work with clients.
