Hello! I am a sleep and nervous system coach.

My name is Gayatri Devi Korhalkar.

I help professionals manage stress, transform sleep quality to optimise energy levels and cognitive performance.

After graduating from business school, I spent over ten years in fast paced and demanding professional environments. I know how juggling career, love, family and friendships take a toll on your physical and mental health.

When my curiosity nudged me to study ancient wisdom traditions, I followed. Not only did I reconnect with my Indian heritage but along the way I discovered how these 3000 year old traditions hold time tested solutions to chronic stress, anxiety, insomnia…

When we work together, I design a tailor-made programme combining traditional medicines and neuroscience.

Based in Paris, I work online with clients around the world.
