My name is Gayatri.
I help professionals manage stress, transform sleep quality to optimise energy levels and cognitive performance.
A first hand experience of working with startups, large corporations and the government positions me to address the challenges faced by professionals in high-stress environments.
I work at the intersection of behavioural therapy and body-based methods such as Yoga Nidra (Non Sleep Deep Rest), Yogic Breathwork and Ayurvedic Nutrition to name just a few.

Why a holistic and body based approach against insomnia?
I work with clients who have tried it all - camomile tea, sleep meditations, sleep tracking wearables, dietary supplements… but nothing has worked long term.
I work with insomnia that comes from a high sympathetic arousal - your brain’s survival mechanism in times of stimulation and stress. Also called the fight or flight mode.
Body based work aka somatic work when combined with lifestyle changes helps you shift into a state of rest and repair. Your circadian rhythm is thus regulated. This is the work we do together.
