Hello! I am a sleep and nervous system coach.

My name is Gayatri Devi Korhalkar

I help professionals manage stress, transform sleep quality to optimise energy levels and cognitive performance.

After graduating from business school, I spent over ten years in fast paced and demanding professional environments. I know how difficult it can be to reconcile career, love, family and friendships. I'm fully aware of the impact this can have on your health and quality of life.

When my curiosity nudged me to study ancient wisdom traditions, I followed. Along the way I discovered something powerful: these 3000 year old traditions hold keys to problems our modern society is just beginning to understand—chronic stress, performance anxiety, ancestral trauma.

When we work together, I design a tailor-made programme combining traditional medicines and neuroscience.

We dive into:
